Nothing makes me feel more energized than getting outside especially these days when we are confined to our homes for days on end. I set aside my anxiety about not being productive enough or not being able to engage with people who I normally see close up and personal – I really miss that interaction. Working at home may work for a lot of people but it was always a little difficult for me. So, whenever I feel the need I get up and get out. I have been getting out and active a little too much and I am dealing with a few muscle strains but I find biking is something I can handle.
It relaxes and at the same time energizes me so that when I return I can either jump back into my project. I be more creative, or sometimes just slow down and take a nap. Lay down and take a quick nap!
