What would it be like to be suspended in air for a minute? Jump and stay there long enough to let go of all that we feel is holding us down? I imagine it would be amazing! All that jumping is hard on the knees, but the point would be to capture the feeling. If we could take a breath, jump, suspend and then gently lower back to the floor and exhale.
For me just looking at this photo gives me that feeling without leaving the floor. You could even just relax, close your eyes, and visualize the moment when your feet leave the floor then exhale and return. When it feels like the world is weighing you down give it a try. It works for me and it may work for you.
