A few months ago, I published a post that whether to go gray was not a decision I was ready to make. If you look closely at this recent photo of me, you can notice that it’s a go. What I thought was difficult became easy by just voicing it out loud. Sometimes it takes putting pen to paper (so to speak) or speaking out loud that which you are trying to figure out in your head to make you see clearly that you are struggling with something that should not be that difficult at all.

I had been turning this question over and over in my head for the past couple of years. Thinking about it. Worrying over it. Wondering if it would work for me. Rather than decide, I put it off. That is never the answer because the lack of decisiveness will eat at you and intrude on your ability to think clearly and without self-doubt created by doubting yourself and the ability to just make the decision.
I wrote the post and then went back to read it later. It was like a weight had lifted. Why was I making this so hard? Just do it. Sometimes when you let it spill out on to paper and then read it out loud you realize that it is not hard. In fact, it seems simple. Deciding and moving forward to accomplish that which you were undecisive about is a good feeling. This can apply to almost any decision you are struggling with. Step back. Write it down. Take a deep breath and step away. Let go of the weight of indecisiveness and feel the relief that comes with freedom from worry. So, bring it! I’m ready and I’m loving it.
Still gorgeous!
Aww shucks! Thank you, beautiful!
Thanks for the reminder to step back.
Thank you@
