We often put our trust in other people. It could be people we know like friends and family. It could be agencies that are set up to make decisions for us or systems that tell us what we need without asking us. This happens all the time and we forget that the most important place to put our trust is in ourselves. I have to remind myself to trust.
Trust in yourself that you have all you need to succeed including wisdom and faith.
Reach out for help when you feel lost and defeated. Listen and be listened to so you help yourself and others.
Use your knowledge and uniqueness to find the path you need to move ahead.
Struggle is a real part of life and through struggle there is strength.
Time is constant. Each day we have the same 24 hours, 1,440 minutes, 86,400 seconds as the day before and each second is precious.
We struggle at times to stay positive, to get up in the morning, to make that 100th call about a job, to just get ahead. Each time we overcome we are that much further ahead. Some days it seems to go faster and some days slower but remember we have the same 24 hours, 1,440 minutes, 86,400 seconds to do something better than we did the day before. Every journey can have a detour and we all may have to make a detour or two to make it through these days but remember to trust in yourself and you will make it through this – we all will.
