We pay too much attention to numbers. In fact, we often let numbers describe and define us. You are a senior, millennial, middle-aged, too old, too young. You weigh too much, too little, too fat, too skinny. Your wealth is determined by the amount your bank account rather than the richness of your life. As women we are described by our measurements and the notion of perfection that is shown in all forms of media. The numbers go on and on ad nauseam.
We are more than numbers. They do not matter. What matters is what is in your heart, what you believe, how you treat others. The numbers do not tell anything about what is inside each of us because we are so much more than that. Do not let yourself be just a number or series of numbers but be defined by your strength of character, compassion for others, drive to succeed, gratitude for each day and each other and love of life.
